Privacy policy

This website does one thing: it explains what we do and lets you book a call with us. This page says which personal data that involves, who receives it and what you can ask of us.

Who is responsible

What we do not do

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media plugins, and this website sets no cookies of its own. The only outside parties involved are the ones named below.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Friedersdorf, Germany. To deliver a page, its servers process technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This is needed to show the website and to keep it secure.

Fonts

The typefaces on this website are loaded from Google's font servers. When a page opens, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and the information that the page was requested.

Booking a call

Bookings run through Calendly, a scheduling tool of Calendly LLC in the United States. Its script is loaded together with this page, so Calendly receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, even before you book. When you book, you give Calendly your name, your e-mail address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form. We receive these details to prepare and hold the call.

• Payment. The Discovery Call is paid in advance. The payment is handled by Stripe within the booking. Your card details go to Stripe; we do not see or store them.
• The call itself. Calls take place on Google Meet. The invitation and any follow-up reach you by e-mail through our Google Workspace account.

Calendly, Stripe and Google may process data outside the United Arab Emirates and outside the European Union, in particular in the United States.

Writing to us

If you e-mail us, we receive your address and whatever you write. Our e-mail runs on Google Workspace. We use it to answer you and to carry on the conversation you started.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and correspondence for as long as we need them for the call and anything that follows from it, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to perspective@niae.network. If the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

If the website changes in a way that affects your data, this page changes with it. The date at the top shows the current version.
